Are my notes really private and saved automatically?
Yes! By default, all your notes, formatting, and doodle preferences are autosaved instantly into your browser's local storage (localStorage). They stay completely private inside your device and are never sent to external servers unless you choose to sign in with Google for cloud sync.
How does Google Cloud Sync work?
When you click the "Google Sync" button in the header, you can sign in with your Google account. Your notes will then seamlessly sync with our secure Supabase database across your phone, tablet, and laptop in real-time.
How can I back up or export my notes?
You can export the active note at any time by clicking the Download button in the top bar or choosing Download as TXT, Markdown (.md), or HTML (.html) from the ••• (More options) menu.
Is Memocho completely free to use?
Yes! Memocho is 100% free with unlimited local notes, all 5 doodle wallpapers, rich typography options, highlighters, paper styles, and cloud synchronization.
